It is a month now since I started my journey. It has been a long hard month. Facing demons and grueling hours of self analysis. I am working on me and that is hard but I keep on going cause in the long run it will be good for me. I am sure that along the way people will get mad and say that I am selfish and I will politely thank them for the recognition.
Life will always be stressful because anytime you are doing right you are going to face hard times.
I haven't posted in a while cause I just didnt want to think about things and write them down. But after awhile I started missing my daily blogs and have chosen to start them back up. I am happy with my choice to write down my feelings on this journey and will continue to do so. Reading where I have come from helps me to see how far I have come. It is a long journey. One I am sure will be filled with struggles along the way.
I made it a month and my focus is even better.
I looked for the book on co dependency and couldnt find it at the local used book store but I found something online that will be good till I can find what I am looking for.
I also have the dr. phil books so I am going to use that as well.
I am going to continue to learn to say no. And voice my opinions.

The more you say No the better you will feel. I LOVE saying No now. In fact, my new mantra (I even put it on my coffee mug at work) is "I don't want to, you can't make me!"
Dr. Phil has some good books, that CoDependent No More is fabulous, and for books on how to realy push yourself and succeed where you want to I find Anthony Robbins' books invaluable. Those and Dr. Wayne Dyer. Perhaps they may have copies of what you are looking for at the Library?
