Snack: 2.5 string cheese
Water: lots of it

Down 2.2 lbs on the morning of day 3! I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself so frequently, but I'm excited to be doing this again. I feel like I can already tell a bit of difference in my hands, and my belt feels a little different. I'll try to get to weighing once a week going forward, but right now I just want to see the numbers going down down down...

Next step is to get my rump back to the gym, will try for tonight. Definitely taking the monkey out to play this morning. 2 more weeks of class then like 3 or 4 weeks off, so that will free up a bit of time for a while and let me get back into the workout swing...

But, so far, yay!
