Down almost 2 lbs! I was down another 1.4 lbs as of yesterday morning (I know I shouldn't weigh myself so frequently...), but had a few minor backslides this week: lots of breaded stuff Monday, chocolate Saturday, breading and chocolate yesterday... It's just showing me how sensitive I really am to that stuff... But just really happy that this is working for me again, I need to keep with this journaling about it so that I can reinforce to myself the facts and not get discouraged... My first 15-lb goal is already in sight, that's such a good thing...
