I have been so good this week. Really staying on extended induction. I feel so full, that my stomach hurts. I am trying to find out when I am actually full, and to stop trying to eat too much. I did make some cheese "crackers" out of a string cheese cooked in the microwave. It has helped the craving and I am now drinking more water. I am still up the whole lb. I gained at the end of induction. But, I hope the swimming will take that down.
