Back again this Morning! ACK

This morning I once again weighed 284. I have been yo yo ing up and down the same 2 lbs for 5 days. Today is day 21 of induction. I have had a clean induction, and I have no cravings. What the heck is going on here?

  Take a deep breath. The last time I was this diet, I noticed that my body went through alot of changes and adjustments. May I suggest increasing your water intake. It really helped me.
