Sigh, I am back at 282 again. I blame it totally on too many carbs. Today I will start on a more induction type of diet again. I have not gained any inches back, and I don't want to. So with that in mind I want to take my carbs back to 20 grams a day and start over. Hoping to kick start my weight loss again. I miss having that full feeling. I am satisfied with what I eat, not craving sugar, but I want to munch on carby things. So for myself I am halting all of this nonsense right now!
