I am down one whole clothes size and now, I still am the same inches as last month.

I have had to eliminate milk, cheese and other dairy foods.
I have a very difficult time with wheat.
I am eating one slice of bread a week, oat bran type.
I have to severly limit sugar alcohols.
I have done away with any snacks of any kind.

Now I am trying to eat more veggies, and drink more water.

I hate plateaus, I have no idea what I weigh, dang scale is terrible,

Oh well, I will try another month, then see what happens.
