ok have not given in to the temptation of the scale as of yet. still thinking about it though. i did ok last night. 20 minutes on the treadmill (burned 200 cal according to the treadmill) i will take that and did the bosu ball only 1 segment of the 4 but thats a start. dont know how im going to fit excercise in today. have to take my son to basketball practice and balance it with an 11 month old. but i will try wish me luck! its 8:34 am and again not hungry for breakfast yet. maybe later.
