i finally broke the 150's. i never thought i would break the 150's. it was so hard this weekend. i had to go to a kid bday party and pick of sausage from the top of the pizza. i was so pathetic i was just smelling the chocolate cake. but it was actually enough for me. it smells just like it taste. so it was like eating it without the calories. yay! then we had guest over everyday since friday and while they drank and ate drinking food i set there sober. but every time i used my ketone stix i realized how hard it is to get there and didnt give in not once. yay it paid off. today i sit here at 149. i know im not doing that great pound wise in induction phase. i should have lost more. but im happy with my goal being reached. looks like this is going to be a slow and steady race. but im not going to get discouraged this time. new mini goal 145. plus i joined the water challange and need to pick up on the workouts. lucky for me i went in to the office last week and they changed our start time to 7. so i have to wake up at 6 anyways to get the kids up. looks like an hour of free time to me! so mini goal for tomorrow. treadmill in the morning and maybe get my husband to play ea active with me in the night.
