I was a bit off the track for a while- alright a lot off track. I found a recipe for low carb ice cream and made a pig of myself. I didn't gain anything but I didn't lose either. I was miserable looking in the mirror, cause I knew I was a loser doing this to myself.
I was jusyt on top of the freakin world! I shot myself right down. WHY O WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF? I am my worst enemy.
Hopefully I can stay on track now.
