I lost 4 of the 5 lbs I gained this week. What a boob! I am such a knucklehead for losing sight in the first place.
Anyway, I'm back on track and even exercising vigorously. I bought 2 of Jillian Michaels workout DVD's and her books to help motivate me. I can do this1 I just wish it wasn't so danged hard! ( see there's the lazy me poking her ugly head out!)
I hope today is a good day and I don't struggle too much.
