hmmmm. I wonder if I'm eating too much, the scale is not going down and I'm still looking xtra fat in my clothes. I haven't been cheating other than a couple sugar free candies and lets see....that's it. I think my problem lies with my laziness, I did make an attempt to go to the gym yesterday but when I got there, all of the cardio machines were taken, all 5 treadmills, 1 stairclimber, 2 elipt., and three bikes (this is what $56 a month at the ymca in ft. walton will buy you), so I just dipped. I'ma try again today, I should really go swimming but I just washed my hair the other day and I still look like shamu in my suit so I think I gotta pass on that at least till my gut deflates. The scale says 233-34, I was hoping to be below 230 by today but I'ma shoot for monday. I promise to drink no wine this weekend.

Don't find excuses not too exercise. You can always head right out your door and go for a walk, or put in an exercise tape at home. Or, go to the mall and walk for 30 minutes. If the machines at the gym are full, lift some weights. Believe in yourself - you can do it! One day at a time, one pound at a time! Gof for it!
