Finally Lost My First 10 Pounds

Here I am on day 19 and I am officially down 10 pounds...i am so excited and happy...i can't believe it....i will retake my measurements on monday...wondering what that will look like? hopefully changes there as well...guess we will see!!!!! hope you all have a great weekend....talk to ya soon...

  Hi Michelle, Congratualtions, that is the best news. Now you shoud be feeling very motivated and encouraged.
  I sent you a private message today, Saturday, but I didn't see it later, did you receive it. (I listed my food for 2 days, & more....)
