down my first 15lbs in my first month
i have officially lost 15 lbs my first month...i have to admit that i did not exercising my first month..but i promised myself my 2nd month on the program i am going to exercise at least 30 minutes a day.....i am starting to feel a little bit better about myself even though i still have a long way to go...some days i feel like i will never see my goal weight and then i sit back and tell myself, "michelle, it has taken you 10 years to put all of the weight on, it is going to take time for you to take it off, so be patient".....words to live by i swear....but man it does get frustrating....i mean you start seeing results and just get so excited and just want so bad to see the final end results....i know i will get there....and i know it will take time....i just have to keep pushing and believing in myself...i know i can do it..i know i can!!!! well until next time..hope you all have a great sunday....many hugs to everyone that has given me support my first month...thanks so much....Tags: None
