….then I feel HORRIBLE
So it got me to thinking that I need to really go through all that I know…and that brought me to more I didn’t know. Like in induction we are allotted 3 cups of selected veggies per day right. Well, what is a cup exactly. A cup of cucumbers sliced is not the same as a cup of the same cucumbers diced…So I did some research and this is what I found.

Tomorrow is my second weigh in day for this week. I’m excited and nervous because the TOM (or in my case) TOY (lol) started on Tuesday…so I’ve been retaining a bit of water. I’m really really hoping that the weight is gone down.
Ummm…My food journal has been going really well, with the exception of Wednesday, I have kept one every day! I really love the little sheet that I made for it. If anyone wants to see it let me know. I can make it in PDF format and email it to you.
My water is great, and OH MY ENERGY is fantastic! Really just great. I still haven’t found a near by pool that I can use, but I’ll do SOMETHING soon…especially if the scale doesn’t drop any.
Oh, and kudos for me because my grandma drove all the way to my house today to drop of freshly baked, home-made from scratch, Chocolate Chip Cookies. My mouth watered. I just stuck my face in the plastic wrap that was covering them and took a LONG DEEP breath….then told my kids I wanted them all gone before they went to bed, lol. (They only had two each, I really didn’t let them scarf down a plate of cookies.) I am having my son hide them before we go to bed in a few minutes. Not because I don’t have will power, but because I fear sleep eating.
That’s another blog for later, especially if it happens.. But we should be okay, especially because my bedroom is upstairs, and with my bum knee it makes it hard to get down. So.
Hope all is well with everyone else. I’ll post the simple things I’ve been making for my dinners at night. (I make my family a meal, and then I have to make me something….that’s a lot of kitchen time, hea)
