my chosen route has lots of hills! I knew it did, but my goodness, at the top of a couple I had to stop and let my heart slow down. Walked 3.25 miles in a little over an hour. Hit the hot tub to stave off soreness, now eating my eggs with a few sauteed mushrooms.
Want to get a lot of housecleaning done since I am off today. I am looking forward to that 'burst of energy,' it hasn't arrived yet but I know it will. I am looking forward to that clearheaded feeling I know is coming too.
So a pat on the back from myself to myself because today I walked instead of driving to the Donut Box and eating 2 dozen donut holes! YAY!
