I started on the 20th, so tomorrow is two weeks. Got on the scale a day early, lost 8 pounds! So I guess I am not really MR.

I think I will go ahead and OWL so I can have more in the way of onions and such in my veggies. I like to put onions of any color in basically everything. Probably sit on the veggie rung for a bit, not really looking to climb the carb ladder for a while.

For the most part I feel really good. I am excellent on water intake. Need to get more regular with my vitamins, before I notice any problems.

I got new glasses a while back and I see great... but I run into doorways a lot. And my prescritption only changed for the bifocal part. No I am not dizzy, don't feel weird, think I am fine... just keep bumping my shoulder when I try to go through the door. I guess maybe I am just no paying attention.. time to start paying attention to where the door actually is I guess!
