for breakfast. Made it through the Walkaerobics dvd and did 30 crunches. Feeling like an because I truly hate crunches. I really like the dvd even though the leader is a little goofy. The moves mix up nicely so that before you are too spent doing one thing you are moving to another. It works for me.

Planning to get busy with housework then have a good quilting day. Nice having the blood oxygenated!

OH and did I mention.. 2 pounds more off of me? woohoo!
