Really busy this week, no time to blog.. or exercise really. I have been doing squats and lunges at work, and when I am sitting I have been doing 'bun squeezes.' But I have had to get up too early for work to fit in any cardio. Tomorrow I willl for sure!

Started period, so I swore off the scale for a week. No weighing until I get back from my trip. And I am going to be SO good on my trip, I will come home 5 lbs lighter!
