I really just don't care about carbs anymore. Just don't want them. I did notice though, Wednesday I had to pull a double shift and I wasn't prepared food wise for that. My salad was at home, where I had expected to be by midday! So I pretty much missed out on all my daily veggie carbs, by the time I got home I was tired and just nibbled a string cheese and went to bed.

Food intake that day

2 eggs, fried
3 bacon wrapped chicken tenders from the deli
1 string cheese

Result? Felt like crud all the next day. Of course this was not done on purpose, and I will expend great effort to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Weight still slowly coming off, and I had a friend this evening mention she is thinking of trying the 'Candida' diet, so I am loaning her my Atkins book. Feel like I did a good deed for turning on a fellow chubby to the Atkins wol!
