Oh, I had to push, push, push myself out the door for that 3 mile walk. Knowing I needed to post some miles for the mileage challenge helped, and I kept thinking, walking burns belly fat, get out there!
Progress- I can now keep walking after I reach the tops of the hills instead of having to huff and puff and stop to catch my breath!
My work schedule is getting all jacked up. I have been at my store 5 years, I am the floral manager. But I also have been helping in the fuel station and doing that so long they have me train new folks out there. They keep hiring folks that I train, then they flake. You know young folks these days, some of them don't really NEED to work. So now they have gotten so shorthanded they are having to pull me out there several afternoons this coming week, which they know I hate. I have kids in school, one my 7 year old grand and she needs 'Grammy' home in the afternoons.
It will also mess up my gym routine.
Ah well.. I am up, breathing, about to eat some nice crunchy flax cereal....
