I have lost 1/3 of the total weight I want to lose. I am planning to be very fit by the time I reach goal, so didn't want my goal to be too low.. plan on plenty of those 160 pounds on being muscle! If I am not a size 10 at that point, I will drop my goal. However, this time my weight reached 242 and I was a size 20.. last time, pre Atkins, it reached 238 and I was a size 24. The difference being, I believe, that I did not stop swimming and kept some muscle, even as I put weight back on. So I think it is realistic to be a 10 when I hit goal.

Had a long weekend, 3 shifts in 2 days, don't work today so no gym, my gym is close to work, and I don't drive into town unless I am working. So later I will pull out a hula vid or WATP. Off to clean my sewing room, got the kitchen done!
