Mood: Happy -

Workout Routine: Ran 1 lap/walked 1 lap on inside track. 18 laps - 1.5 miles. Didn't time myself, but it sucked at the time. Did push-ups (mens) and situps too. I really need to work on all three areas. My fit test is in November. I hate working out, but afterwords, I'm glad I did. My legs, chest and arms are sore, so it feels good to be sitting down relaxing.
Weight: I weighed myself this morning at the Fitness Center and I was 151. I lost 5 pounds. I was amazed because I don't feel like I've lost any weight. The next time I'll weigh myself is on Tuesday, 22 Sep 09.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: 1 cup lettuce with dressing
Snack: 5 Salami Rolls: I spread the cream cheese in the salami, put a piece of cucumber on top and roll it up. Sounds nasty, but it's really yummie. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. HEE HEE!!
Lunch: 2 Hamburger patties w/ mayo and mustard.
Dinner: 4 oz. steak, 1/2 cup mushrooms/asparagas, 1 cup lettuce w/ 1 avocado, shredded cheese, and dressing.
Water intake for the day: 40 oz. Not very good. I really need to drink more.
Observations: I need to incorporate more veggies in my diet. I think if I drink more water it would help with my headaches.
Well, that's it for today, I'm going to go update my ticker.
If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I can always use some good ideas for snacks!

The olives and cream cheese mix sounds good to use with lettuce, spread it on and wrap it up. Did you use Black or green olives. I like both, but love the green olives the best. I'd probably add some hot pepper flakes to the recipe too.
Water is so important to the diet, I have found that in simple terms, not eating within every 6 hours and drinking plenty of water are needed for your body to relax into this fat burning process.
Even I am just beginning to realise this.. its SO important!
The headache WILL pass, mine lasted about 3 days, after a couple of weeks I really did feel better than I had for years!
I was a bread junkie, I loved it.. I loved sugar in my coffee, after 2 weeks I didnt miss it, and now I just see it as the poison which kept me trapped in a fat body all my life!
