Workout Routine: Nothing today. My ribs and arms are killing me from the push-ups. My legs are sore from yesterday. I soaked in a tub of hot water and epsom salts for about 3 minutes...helped a lot.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: What was leftover from my son's donut...I know, I know!!!!!
I kept saying to myself, just throw it away, but right at the trash can I shoved it in my mouth!!! I wasn't smart like Gene and didn't just chew it some and spit it out!Snack: 5 Salami Rolls and 2 celery sticks with cream cheese.
Lunch: 2oz of leftover steak cut up warmed up with some pepper jack cheese then I put it on put on 2 cups of lettuce w/ olive oil and red wine vinegar. One chip with some hot salsa...I know!!!! I know!!! Too many temptations on the weekends!!! I was proud that I only ate one.
Dinner: 5 pieces of salami w/cream cheese, 10 pieces of brocolli with sour cream and ranch seasoning (no sugar and only 1 carb per serving when mixed with sour cream).
Water intake for the day: 30 oz. Not very good. I really need to drink more.
Observations: The weekends are going to be tough. I need to ensure I have a meal/snacks planned like I do during the week so I am not tempted! I need to find some appealing recipes so I feel just as satisfied.

That's why I've been keeping hot wings handy.
I also boiled 30 eggs two days ago and those are handy too. Get hungry? pop in an egg. simple as that. Im also letting a few soak in pickle juice as an experiment. Never tried pickled eggs, and yes it sounds nasty, but it's worth a shot.
