Workout Routine: Walked a lot at the mall today....does that count????
I soaked in a tub of hot water and epsom salts for about 30 minutes again.What did I eat today:
Breakfast: Chicken Breast, celery and green beans with ranch dressing.
Lunch: 3 pieces of turkey breast lunch meat, rolled in lettuce with mayo, black olives, and banana peppers.
Dinner: Egg salad, 2 pieces of celery with cream cheese, cut up raw peppers and handful of raw green beans.
Water Intake: 42oz, I added fresh mint and a slice of lemon to every bottle. Tasted great!
Observations: I'm going to take Gene's suggestion and going to add more protien to my snacks...really overall diet.

Walking at the mall does count

The amount of variation you squeeze into your veggies is impressive. I can see now that I'm gonna have to step up my game if I hope to stay up with you girls.

And I have to agree that walking definitely does count. Also, use the stairs instead of the escalator if your mall has them. Also, park farther out in the parking lot. I forces you to walk a few more steps, plus lessens the likelihood of some jackass slamming a cart or cardoor into your vehicle. Win-win situation.
