Mood: Emotional for some reason today.
Workout Routine: 50 situps and 25 push-ups.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: A fried egg with cheese and a piece of ham.
Snack: N/A
Lunch: 2 beef patties (hamburger) with mayo.
Snack: N/A
Dinner: Roast (beef), green beans, onions, and mushrooms. I cut up 1 stick of butter, 1 onion, a bag of fresh whole green beans, and a container of cut up mushrooms and put it at the bottom of a pan. Put the roast on top and rubbed the roast with dry Italian dressing mix. Covered with tin foil, put it in the oven at 0700 @ 150 degrees and let it cook all day until I got home at 1700. The meat just fell apart. Veggies were yummie too. The whole family liked it.
Water intake for the day: 67.7 oz. Now that's what mama's talkin' about!!!!
Supplements: I've noticed my breath not feeling as fresh lately, so I started taking Chlorophyll supplements today and chewed on fresh mint leaves.
Observations: Note to self: don't go to work without any snacks or you'll end up starving when you get home from work.

The format is nice and to the point. I may end up doing something similar, instead of just rambling on endlessly.
Also, the roast sounds awesome. I'm accustomed to using a crock-pot, but next time I will use this method, just to change it up a bit.
Also, ive noticed the same not so fresh feeling in my mouth, but more noticeable for me has been the smell of my............well,........poooooooooooooo.
I'm not a poo sniffer, but the odor has gotten obviously more pungent. Also, Ive gone from going number2 about 3 times a day to once at the most.

Gene - The Chlorphyll helps with the BM smell too. You won't smell at thing if you take that. Go to Vitacost.com and buy the NSI brand....VERY GOOD!!!
As for the post roast, you can do that in a crockpot too. Really easy.
