Mood: Happy and tired

Workout Routine: Spin Class for 1 hour.


What did I eat today:

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg w/ left over roast and veggies.

Snack: N/A

Lunch: 2 beef patties (hamburger) with mustard.

Snack: celery sticks and salami with pepper jack Cheese.

Dinner: Nothing, my stomach was really upset and I felt like vomiting.

Water intake for the day: 48oz.

Supplements: 2 - Chlorophyll Tablets; 2 - Fiber Pills

Observations: I don't look forward to working out, but afterwords I feel great. Today, I feel really bloated. Haven't been on the scale since last week and don't want to from the way I'm feeling.
