Mood: Emotional again!! I'm not used to all this crying stuff.
Workout Routine: At 3:00PM - I walked and ran 1.5 miles. 18 laps total, I walked the odd laps and ran the even ones. At 6:30PM I walked on treadmill at 3.5 for 20 minutes while my daughter was in gymnastics class.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: 2 pieces of roast.
Snack: Pork Rinds (hot ones)
Lunch: Two wraps: 10 pieces of pepperoni, cheddar cheese, and mustard wrapped in 2 pieces of lettuce leaves.
Snack: celery with cream cheese (4)
Dinner: 1 cup of salad with cheese, oil and red wine vinegar.
Water intake for the day: 67.6oz.
Supplements: 2 - Chlorophyll Tablets; 2 - Fiber Pills.
Observations: I've noticed on the days I workout I tend to drink more water. I'm going to try drinking a 16.7oz bottle of water on my way to work and on my way home. That should up my intake up more. I'd like to get up to 100oz a day.
Maybe it's part of the induction phase, but I've been extremely emotional this week. In addition, I've had trouble sleeping this week because my stomach has been bothering me. It's like a stomach ache that comes and goes. It's not a hungry feeling, it's an upset stomach feeling.
The weekend is coming up and I need to make sure I have my meals planned or I'm going to cheat. Like I've said before...it's a lot easier to stick to this diet during the week when I'm at work.
I've been craving Hot Wings since Gene mentioned them this week. That is one thing on the menu for this weekend.

It was only 60$ and the guy gave me 21lb, heads on.
Weighed it out right in front of me on his tailgate.
boiled some last night, and headed, bagged and froze the rest.
