Workout Routine: Walked 2 miles.

What did I eat today:


Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with pepper jack cheese.


Snack: Celery dipped in blue cheese dressing

Lunch: 3 pieces of cheddar cheese, 10 pepperoni slices and veggies and blue cheese dressing.


Snack: Hot Pork Rinds

Dinner: 5 Hot Wings with side salad.


Water intake for the day: 50oz


Supplements: 2 Chlorphyll pills and 2 Fiber pills


Observations: My daughter and I went to a football game today. There were so many temptations....funnel cakes, nachos, snow cones, french fries, etc., I was so tempted, but I was good and didn't have any. I sure wanted to eat one of the funnel cakes!

Glad to see the scale moving. I was worried to get on it this morning. That is going to keep me motivated to be good the rest of this weekend and not be tempted to cheat. I'm craving something sweet, so I'm going to go check out the recipes section and see if I can find something to make tomorrow.
