Mood: Lazy
Workout Routine: Eliptical for 20 minutes and stationary bike for 15 minutes.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: Three hard boiled eggs. I had some coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar free creamer. It actually tasted too sweet and I didn't even drink half a cup!!
Snack: N/A
Lunch: One cucumber cut up and mixed with sour cream, salt and pepper. Five pieces of salami and one piece of cheese wrapped in a lettuce leaf with mustard.
Snack: veggies
Dinner: Salad with veggies and chicken with Ken's Italian Dressing.
Water intake for the day: 65oz
Supplements: 2 Chlorphyll pills and 2 Fiber pills
Observations: By keeping busy during the weekend helped me stay out of the kitchen looking at all those tempting items I'm not allowed to have! I went grocery shopping today, I was turning over everything I picked up to see how many carbs are in something! I never paid attention how many carbs were in stuff. Is crazy how many things have carbs in it.

I looked at the back of the jar of Cocktail sauce yesterday. I was amazed to see that 1/4 cup of the stuff had 25g of carbs. Won't be making that mistake again.
Then, out of curiosity, I looked at a tube of Grands! Cinnamon Rolls. Are you sitting down? 270g of carbs to 5 rolls.
not to mention that an hour after eating a cinnamon roll, you're hungry again, whereas if you eat some eggs and bacon or sausage for breakfast it does a much better job of keeping you satisfied.
