What did I eat today:


Breakfast: Two hard boiled eggs.

Snack: Cheese and pepperoni

Lunch: 4 broiled scallops wrapped in bacon with celery and 2 tbs of dressing

Snack: veggies

Dinner: One Italian sausage, 3 meatballs, salad with Ken's italian dressing


Water intake for the day: 95oz


Supplements: 2 Chlorophyll pills and 2 Fiber pills


Observations: Drinking all that water made me full most of the day, I actually had to remind myself to eat. On the flip side, when I wasn't eating I was in the bathroom!
