Workout Routine: None - I was supposed to go running at 3:00 and ended up working late. I need to stick to my schedule and if my calendar says I'm going to PT then I need to go. No excuses.
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: Cream Cheese Muffin (induction friendly)
Snack: None
Lunch: 2 hamburger patties with cheese and mustard and mayo mixed together.
Snack: NONE
Dinner: Boy did I
here: I made taco salads for the family. Tortilla chips, lettuce, cheddar cheese, meat, tomato and sour cream. I started out great and I didn't put any chips on my plate, but I then they were calling my name..."Michelle just one, it won't hurt" I couldn't resist. I said to myself, I'll just have one, then two, then three!!! I at about 15 chips with queso dip (Velvetta w/ Rotel).It tasted great going down, but an hour later felt terrible. Both physically and mentally. Bloated, stomachache headache, regretful and disappointed. At the dinner table I got all quite and I knew I FU and felt bad. Everyone has their moments of weakness and today was mine!

Water intake for the day: 80oz and counting. I have to get to 100oz before I got to bed.
Supplements: 2 Chlorophyll pills and 2 Fiber pills
Observations: I didn't have my meals planned and ready the night before like I usually do. I ended up leaving for work with a muffin in one hand and my water in the other. Needless to say, I was starving throughout the day. Lesson Learned: Go to work prepared or I'll have another day like today. Looking forward to tomorrow, fresh start.

Just hop back on that train and chug along!
