Workout Routine: Spin Class for an Hour
What did I eat today:
Breakfast: Italian sausage link and cucumbers mixed with sour cream.
Snack: Cauliflower dipped in ranch made with sour cream and ranch dip mix.
Lunch: Tuna wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Snack: BBQ pork rinds. Yummie, never had the BBQ ones before.
Dinner: Roast beef with lettuce, veggies, and Ken's dressing.
Water intake for the day: 100oz
Supplements: 2 Chlorphyll pills and 2 Fiber pills
Observations: Drinking all this water has really made a difference. I'm definately not bloated anymore...thanks to all for the advise. The water challenge this month will be a good thing that's for sure.
Stress is better today and I've been trying not to worry about work/retirement. Thanks everyone for all the comments, it made me feel a lot better about the future.
Come on Friday. I'm ready for the weekend.
