Mood: Lazy

Weight: 148. Steady.....I can't complain this week. I thought I would have gained some back.

Workout Routine: None

What did I eat today:


Breakfast: 3 over easy eggs with one turkey sausage pattie.

Lunch: BLT wrapped in lettuce leaves and mayo

Snack: N?A

Dinner: French Onion Soup (without the bread), salad with grilled shrimp

Water intake for the day: 100oz, quite easy today, I was pretty thirsty.


Supplements: 2 chlorophyll and 2 fiber pills.

Observations: Pretty tired. Just lounged around and napped most of the day.
