What did I eat today?
Breakfast: Jicama
Lunch: Lettuce wraps with radishes, shrimp, celery, brocolli sprouts
Snack: None
Dinner: Roast Beef with sour cream mixed with horseradish
Water intake for the day: 64oz - water and 2, 8oz cups s of green tea w/ splenda. Total fluid intake: 80oz. I need to up the water intake back up to 100oz. Will start back up tomorrow.
Supplements: None
Comments: Headache is still lingering a little bit, but feel 10 times better than the last few days. Going to drink some of Bella's tea (rosemary and mint) before I go bed.
