Mood: Silly


Workout Routine: Walked one mile, 20 pushups and 40 squats.

What did I eat today?


Breakfast: Muffin in a Mug (Flax Muffin) and 2 Boiled Eggs

Lunch: Lettuce wrap with turkey, mayo, cheddar cheese and bacon.

Snack: Mixed veggies

Dinner: Chicken Breast, Salad with Ken's Italian Dressing and Green Beans.

Water intake for the day: 110oz - water
and still drinking. Cup of Rosemary and Mint tea with Splenda)

Supplements: 2 Chlorophyll, 2 Fiber, 1 Milk Thistle, and 1 Magnesium and Calium.

Comments: I can tell that I haven't been drinking my water the past few days. My lips are chapped, mouth dry, and wasn't going to the bathroom every 30 minutes!

During my class we went through some Mock Interviews....boy was that hard. Being in the military it's not like you have to interview for a job that often. Researching the company, tailoring my resume for each job! What the heck...This civilian thing is going to be hard. Another thing is I'm going to have to get up in the morning and figure out what I am going to wear. I'm used to wearing my ABUs and combat boots every day...pretty easy.

I won't be online much after tomorrow morning. We are going to get away for the weekend. I'll be back to post on Monday night. Shouldn't be too hard since we are renting a cabin and we have to bring our own food. That way I can still plan what we are eating. Thank goodness!
