What did I eat today?
Breakfast: 3 pieces of bacon and 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: 1 cup of salad with 1 cup of mixed veggies. Plain...I forgot my salad dressing.
Dinner: 1 leftover pork chop, broccoli with cheese.
Supplements: 2 Fiber pills, 2 chlorophyll pills and 1 Milk Thistle pill.

Mood: Determined
Exercise: Walked 2 miles.

Water Intake - 120oz water and still drinking. Two, 6 oz cups of hot green tea. For some reason I'm a green tea kick.
What did I eat today?
Breakfast - broccoli w/ cheese...I know it's not very breakfast-like, but I figured I would add more veggies this way and I'm kinda sick of eating eggs.
Lunch - Subway cheese steak sub with spinach, banana peppers, cucumbers and mayo....I ate everything but the bun.
Dinner - New York Strip Steak, 1/2 c Green beans sautéed with garlic, onions, and mushrooms...they were SO YUMMMIE, and a small side salad with 1/2 cucumber and 1 TBS of Italian Ken's dressing.
Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.
Comment: I went shopping this morning for groceries. I bought lots of veggies: radishes, acorn squash, zucchini, yellow squash, romaine lettuce, celery, mushrooms, green beans, and onions. Since you guys have been talking about steak I bought some of that along with: hot/mild Italian sausage, ground beef, turkey breast and some chicken breasts. Strolled down the dairy isle and picked up some sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, and butter. The fridge is full of all the things I can eat. Now I just need to plan my menus for the week and make sure I incorporate 5 more grams of veggies throughout the day. That shouldn't be hard because I really enjoy eating veggies.
Here is a dip that is Adkins induction friendly and tastes really yum. Just be careful of the amount you are eating because of the cheeses. If you get Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing there are 0 carbs. I've had this dip before with Fritos, but I'm going to make it and eat it with veggies:
BUFFALO CHICKEN WING DIP
1 can chicken (large size)
1 8 oz. brick cream cheese
1/2 c blue cheese dressing
1/4 c cayenne pepper sauce
1 pkg. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
celery sticks, crackers or corn chips
Melt cream cheese over medium-low heat. Once creamy, add blue cheese, hot sauce, and chicken.
Remove from heat, fold in 1/2 pkg. of shredded cheese.
Pour into square 8x8 oven-safe dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F until cheese is melted and bubbly.
