Mood: Tired
Exercise: None, but did about an hour of yard work outside and put up the fall decorations.
Water Intake - 100oz water
What did I eat today?
Breakfast - 2 large eggs, scrambled with 5 mushrooms, 5 greenbeans, 4 pieces of onions and butter (leftover from last night). One cup of green tea with splenda
Lunch - 4 Lettuce wraps - chicken breast, tomatoes, cheese and mayo. One cup of green tea with splenda
Snack: 5 radishes and 1 stalk of celery.
Dinner - Two, 4" size of beef sausage, 1 cup of cabbage, 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, 1 tbs of horseradish mixed with 1 tbs of sour cream.
Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.
Comments: I think I might have went overboard with some of the veggies today. My stomach is so bloated!!! I'm thinking mixing the cabbage and sauerkraut wasn't a smart thing to do.
My son is feeling much better. His fever finally broke on Friday. All he has left is a terrible cough, but at least we don't have to give him anymore breathing treatments. It's hard to tell a 7 y/o not to run around!!! I disinfected the house today. Washed everyones bedding and pillows!!
Back to work tomorrow...why do weekends go by so fast? I can't believe it's the middle of October already. Hope everyone has a good week!
