Exercise: 1 mile walk after dinner tonight with my daughter
Water Intake - 100oz water
What did I eat today?
Breakfast - 1 medium cucumber, 5 radishes and 1 stalk of celery.
Lunch - 2 cups of lettuce with 3 oz cut up steak and 5 hot pork rinds.
Snack: A reeses peanut butter cup.

Dinner - leftover beef sausage and cabbage
Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.
Comments: For some reason I'm craving something sweet! I walked past the candy jar that a coworker brought in with all kinds of candy for Halloween. Finally around 2:00PM I couldn't resist...the dish was calling my name..."come have piece, just one." .. and I ate a reeses cup! I just don't feel satisfied. Maybe it's because I haven't been eating a lot of protein? Maybe because I stopped having snacks? I've been focusing on trying to get my water and veggie numbers up. I'm at a loss on why I'm having this terrible craving. I wanted something sweet late last night, but I just drank a big glass of water and went to bed. That didn't work today.

I'm going to hit the board for something sweet to eat. I need to make those cheese cake muffins again. MAMA is craving some sweets that's for sure.
