Mood: Busy
Exercise: Ran/walked 1.5 miles; 24 sit-ups and 8 pushups (need to work on those bad boys!)
Water Intake - 100oz water and drinking some peppermint tea right now
What did I eat today?
Breakfast - 2 eggs over easy with 2 pieces of bacon
Snack: 1 medium cucumber, 5 radishes 5 pieces of jicima and 1 stalk of celery with cream cheese.
Lunch - Two Hamburger Patties with 2 mustard packs and 2 mayo packs
Snack: 1 celery stalk, 1 medium cucumber, and 2oz of cheese
Dinner - 3oz of chicken with some gravy
Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.
Comments: I kept busy today at work which was a good thing because when I'm bored I tend to eat stuff I shouldn't! Still, I ate two Hershey chocolate nuggets. It's like I'm falling off the wagon a little each day. I need something to get me refocused and not go off path. I worked too hard the past 30 days to get those 9 pounds off and don't need to blow it because I'm getting lazy. I know everyone gets in a rut every now and then, but I need to stay focused.
Tomorrow, I'm going out to dinner with some friends at On The Boarder. I'm so nervous and want to cancel, but I've cancelled once already and don't want to have to avoid people because of how I'm eating. I need to pick healthy choices when I go there. I'm going to check online and see what their options are so I can be prepared when I get there. Ok, enough of me babbling about my problems of not transitioning easily to this way of life.
I'm off to check a few more blogs and then go watch Biggest Loser. Hope you all have a good night!

Make sure not to sit near the chips when you go to the restaurant. They're always my greatest temptation. Their fajitas are low-carb friendly, and I bet they would be happy to provide lettuce wraps for you. Do enjoy yourself and let us know how things went! xoxo
