What did I eat today?


Breakfast – Protein Bar and a Sugar Free Red Bull

Snack: none

Lunch – 2oz of cheddar cheese

Snack: none

Dinner - 6oz of chicken breast

Supplements: 2 chlorophyll and 1 Milk Thistle

Comments: This morning I did a practice PT Test and about a half hour before I ate an energy bar and a sugar free red bull hoping that it would improve my score. STUPID MOVE. I put A LOT of CARBS, 40 of them into my body. I did better on the test, but didn’t see dramatic results. Since were so many carbs in the protein bar I focused on eating only meat and some cheese the rest of the day. Note to self, don’t do that next Friday when I really have to take my official PT Test!
