Water Intake - 80oz water
What did I eat today?
Breakfast – 2 over easy eggs with 2 pieces of bacon
Snack: One medium cucumber mixed with 2 TBS of sour cream.
Lunch – 3 lettuce wraps – 3 slices of chicken breast, shredded cheese, mayo
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs – 2 pieces of candy – mini snickers
Dinner – London broil grilled with onions, green and red peppers. Garden Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded cheese and 2TBS of Ken’s Italian dressing. I also had a piece of ice cream cake. It is my daughter’s birthday today.
Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium
Comments: Still not sticking to the plan I can’t seem to stop craving sweets. If anyone has any suggestions on why or how to stop let me know.

When I was doing well on Atkins last time I used to treat myself occasionally to low-carb chocolates. Only thing was my digestion didn't respond well to the sugar alcohols.
