Weight: 147 (no change, BUT not surprised AND thankful I didn’t gain any back)

Water Intake - 100oz water/green tea
What did I eat today?
Breakfast – 2 scrambled eggs with ¼ cup cheddar cheese, mushrooms and onions
Snack: 2 stalks of celery with cream cheese
Lunch – Leftovers from yesterday - London broil w/ peppers
Snack: none
Dinner – Chicken sautéed with spinach leaves, yellow squash, and onions. I used Mrs. Dash seasoning too.
Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium
Comments: Just hung around the house today doing laundry and planning the menu for my daughter’s birthday party this coming Friday. Although her birthday was yesterday, she wanted her party this coming weekend. She wants a Halloween themed party, with gross food. I’ve been online all day looking for different recipes.
I also planned my meals for tomorrow. I have my breakfast and lunch ready to go in the fridge.

Stuffed cocaroaches - dates filled with cream cheese and nuts
Used Q-tips - marshmallows dipped in carmel
Scabs - dried cranberries in some kind of sauce
Monster Toes - little weiners, wrapped in part of a tortilla and the toe nail etched out and covered with ketchup
Worms - gotta come up with a good name for that one. Pour rasberry jello and mix cream, put in straws and squeeze out. Picture on internet looked real
Booger Dip - Ranch dressing with green food coloring
Eye balls and fingers - we made a few trials yesterday. Looks pretty cool.
Serpent Sandwich - just a sub that looks like a serpent.
I'm going to get a pumpkin and have it look like it's puking and have the dip with veggies
