Mood: Busy



Exercise: Ran 1.5 miles, 15 pushups and 29 sit-ups.

Water Intake - 120oz water/ 2 cups of green tea w/ 2 packets of splenda

What did I eat today?


Breakfast – 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack: 3 stalks of celery with 2 oz of cheddar cheese

Lunch – 1 tilapia fillet w/ sautéed zucchini and Mrs. Dash

Snack: 6 Radishes and 1oz cheese

Dinner – ground beef with 2TBS mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup mushrooms

Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium

Comments: Today is crazy. As soon as I got done with PT, I went home and put dinner in the oven. Then I had to run and get the kids from daycare and bring my son to basketball practice from 5:30 – 6:30. Come home for dinner and bring my daughter for her basketball practice from 7:30 – 8:30!!! What the heck! They have practice twice a week (Mon and Wed) and then my daughter has gymnastics on Thursdays and their games are on Saturdays. I’m glad they are active, but I don’t care for the late practices that my daughter will have. Ok, enough whining.
