Water Intake - 120oz water/green tea

What did I eat today?


Breakfast – 1 cup ground meet, ½ cup mushrooms, 1 oz of mozzarella cheese

Snack: 3 stalks of celery

Lunch – none

Snack: 6 Radishes and 1 stalk of celery with cream cheese 1oz cheese

Dinner – 1 Italian sausage, garden salad with cucumbers and 2TBS of Ken’s Italian dressing, 1 cup green beans

Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium

Comments: It’s chilly in CO. We are supposed to get a storm coming starting tomorrow. No exercise today, I am going to run tomorrow and then my test is on Friday. Off to watch biggest loser!!!! J
