Water Intake - 100oz water/2 cups of green tea
What did I eat today?
Breakfast – 1 cup of spaghetti squash, 1 ounce of cheese, 2 stalks of celery.
Snack: None
Lunch – 2 cheese burgers with no bun.
Snack: none
Dinner – chicken with a biscuit.
Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium
Comments: I couldn’t resist having a biscuit. Like Bella would say. I won’t wait until Monday to get back on the wagon…Tomorrow here I come. J

LOVE Spaghetti Squash! Little butta, little salt and peppa...mmmmmmm
Despite the biscuit it sounds like a pretty good day!
