Exercise: 30 minutes walking on the treadmill


Water Intake - 120oz water/ 2 cups of green tea

What did I eat today?


Breakfast – 2 eggs over easy


Snack: 2 stalks of celery, 5 radishes

Lunch – 3 oz grilled chicken and a small salad with oil and vinegar


Snack: none

Dinner – 2 cups of salad, 1 med cucumber, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 5 cherry tomatoes w/ 2 tbs of Ken’s Italian Dressing and 10 meatballs


Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium

Comments: I have my official PT test tomorrow. Pretty worried about it. I’m going to have to run most of it if I’m going to pass. Something I haven’t done in a long time.

Mood: Frantic/Stressed

Weight: 145

Exercise: 1.5 mile walk/run---mostly run, 20 pushups and 26 sit-ups


Water Intake: 104oz water/2 cups of green tea

What did I eat today?

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich with lettuce tomato and may

Snack: ½ cup cottage cheese

Dinner: Cheese dip, veggies, hot wings

Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium



Comments: Ok, I west off my routine and ate some things that I shouldn’t have, but I needed those carbs for energy for my fitness test. There was no way I was going to fail it. The past several weeks I’ve been running and had absolutely zero energy and would end up walking half the test. I couldn’t afford to fail. My lowest time as 18 min 6 sec and that was TERRIBLE. Today, I read 16 min 32!!! I passed!!! Thank goodness, I couldn’t afford to fail. Another good thing is I weighed in at 145. Yippee, yippee, I’m doin’ a dance, dancing around like a clown. No more worrying about my fitness test…that is until in 6 months.
