Water Intake – 80oz, 2 cups of green tea
What did I eat today?
Breakfast – 2 pieces of turkey sausage, 1oz cheddar cheese
Snack: 2 pieces of turkey rolled with a pickle
Lunch – chicken breast wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf, tomato, mayo and some cheddar cheese sprinkled on it.
Snack: none
Dinner – 1 pork chop, side salad with radishes, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers and Ken’s dressing
Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium
Comments: My daughter had her Fear Factor party last night and it was a blast. The kids had a lot of fun. I took lots of pictures. When I get time to download them I’ll post a few. Just hung out and gave candy to the kids and watched Ghost Rider. Pretty relaxing day

Exercise: 3 mile hike with the family.
Water Intake: 80oz water, 1 cup green tea
What did I eat today?
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with ¼ cup spinach, ¼ cup mushrooms, 1 oz of cheddar cheese and 2 pieces of bacon.
Lunch: 2 cups salad, 1 med cucumber, 5 radishes, 2 stalks celery with cream cheese, 4 pieces of broccoli, 4 pieces of cauliflower, and 1 can of tuna mixed with mayo
Snack: 2 pieces of ham, 2 tbs cream cheese, and 2 pickles (wrapped together)
Dinner: hamburger, cheese, onions, pickle, mayo, wrapped in a lettuce leaf and 1 diet coke
Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium
Comments: After doing all the laundry and cleaning the house the family went for a hike up in the mountains. What a beautiful day! It was great being outside in the fresh air! We didn’t see any wild life, but we enjoyed lots of scenery. I'm going to go up to Rung 2 starting tomorrow. Off to watch Extreme Home Makeover and Three Rivers!
