Water Intake – 100oz, 2 cups of green tea

What did I eat today?


Breakfast – 2 hard boiled eggs


Snack: 2oz of cheddar cheese, 2 tbs olive (black and green) diced and mixed with olive oil and red peppers put them on top of 5 cucumber slices

Lunch – 4oz of grilled salmon cut up on top of a salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, shredded cheese..drizzled with olive oil and red wine vinegar.


Snack: none

Dinner – 3 oz Grilled Pork chop, 2 med zucchini sliced and sautéed in Olive oil with Mrs. Dash, 1 cup of steamed green beans.


Supplements: 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle, magnesium and calcium

Comments: I had to stay home with my daughter today. She had a stomachache. She wanted to go to school so bad…she was upset when I told her she had to stay home. HELLO, she didn’t get that gene from me…Lol. If that was my son he’d be trying to squeeze another day out of staying home…those genes are mine.
J She said she was feeling better, but I could tell at dinner she wasn’t. She came upstairs with me while I got on the computer and 5 minutes later she’s sleeping. Hopefully, she’ll get a good night’s sleep and wake up ready to go.
I went to the store looking for low-carb milk, but didn't find it. Has anyone been able to purchase it? How does it taste?
