I moved to rung 3 and decided to try peanut butter. It is not agreeing with me. I ate a can of macademia nuts, and the peanut butter with no sugar is giving me cravings.

Yesterday, I waited too long between breakfast and lunch (7 hours) because I was working the flu clinics and I was famished by the time I got back to the office. I went across the street and bought the tequila lime rub chicken quarters from Kinders and on the first bite it didn't taste "right" but I ate most of it anyway. (Probably some sugar in the rub) I also had my celery, cucumbers and cream cheese that I had brought. Drank some water.

By the time I got home, I was real hungry again and didn't have dinner ready so I ate some peanut butter, and the kids were making french fries and I ate some of those onion crisps that go on the salads. Only problem was there is flour on the onions. I kept eating them until I threw the package away and poured dishwashing detergent on top.

This morning I have a MIGRANE headache complete with light sensitivity. I got right back on program but I can't tell if it was the flour or the peanuts. Probably both. The onion crisps are just onion rings in a little flour and fried. Tasted good at the time but a month on no processed carbohydrates has changed my system. I need to respect that.

I have been reading on the forum and know that there are food allergies and I have one but I didn't respect it. I CAN'T EAT FLOUR. EVER. Even a little bit. Period.
